Karkidakam, the Malayalam monsoon month, is traditionally considered the ideal time for Ayurvedic care. Our Karkidaka Chikitsa packages are designed exclusively for women and are available in the durations below. The therapies included are planned for you after consultation.

Prasavaraksha – Ayurvedic postnatal care
Structured postnatal care that supports mothers after delivery through authentic Ayurveda – helping you regain strength, recover gently and settle into motherhood with confidence.
Treatment usually begins 7 days after a normal delivery and 21 days after a caesarean. Medicines suited to the mother after delivery are included in the programme, and the therapies you receive are planned for you after consultation.
